The Song Fight Bulletin Board

Hello everyone,

I've added a BBCode so you can embed files from Soundcloud and have them show up in their embedded player. It works much like the YouTube BBCode.

Go to your song/sound on Soundcloud.com, and you'll see its URL in your address bar. Paste the URL into your post, then select the URL and click the "soundcloud" button above the post entry window.

NOTE: This also works with "private URLs" for tracks on Soundcloud that you haven't made public.

It's telling me to visit soundcloud to play this content. Ie., there is no player.

Thanks for letting me know it was broken.

SoundCloud has apparently switched from a Flash player to HTML5. I've modified the BBCode, but it's now more difficult to use. You must get the embed code for the song (by clicking "Share" and then "Embed" and copying the code. Within that embed code is an identifying number for the track. Get that number and place it between the soundcloud tags on the SFBB, and the player will appear again.
