Every time I hear Kim Deal singing or playing bass, I think of the Kim Deal fight that lead me to the mighty Song Fight for the very first time five years and 4 months ago. I've been here ever since. The Kim Deal fight was actually 5 months old when I found it in a google search. The member's song that lead me here was by Mr Lostman. He didn't win, but
have a listen, he/they did a great song that impressed me quite a bit how he used all the key Pixies ingredients in a fun little mix. Other good songs came from that fight as well. It was also then that I heard Paco and thought, damn, this dude is dark and an can actually play great, I need to get to know him. Many songs together later, we still drop it like it's hot, yo.
Sounds strange to say, but finding Song Fight was a turning point in my life. I have no regrets.
