It's about nazis, so of course I have to be the one to start the topic. Also it's one of the few films that got released in Germany before the English-speaking countries. Yay!
I don't watch a lot of films anymore, on account of most new releases being pretty bad, but this one was fairly awesome. Given the pretty ridiculous premise and the very straightforward plot, one might expect it to be completely mindless, but there are so many not-at-all-subtle digs in it that it's actually much more fun than that... plus it has a somewhat unique ending. The only caveat is that one of the main characters is pretty annoying... but all in all I enjoyed it quite a bit, not least because the makers did an excellent job adding lots of small details that add to the absurdity.
9/10. Don't watch if you prefer subtlety.
