The Song Fight Bulletin Board

Yep, Nur Ein is coming to a close, and that means it's almost time for SpinTunes to start. Steve Durand is the first Song Fighter to win SpinTunes, and he will be the Song Fight representative on the judging panel this time around. 4 of the 5 judges are all set, and I'm just waiting to hear from the 5th person that I invited to judge. For those of you that Nur Ein hasn't chewed up into a pile of mashed meat, bone & musical instruments...I hope to see you in SpinTunes. The schedule, rules & sign up info has all been posted.

During the round 1 listening party we also played a new cover of "Today's The Day" for the public for the first time. This time 2 Song Fighters teamed up to cover the Inverse T. Clown classic. Chris Cogott featuring Denise Hudson turned in a gem of a track. Anyone here is welcome to cover the song & we would play it at the LP. We have another new cover of "Today's The Day" already lined up for round 2. Something for round 3 & 4 would be awesome.
