The Song Fight Bulletin Board

Let's say I have an "album" with 10 tracks (WAV and MP3) and front and back cover art and I want to put it on the web for anyone to grab. I have access to web-server space that will allow PHP/mySQL. Is there a good template for this? Or some little-known-but-awesome free service?

I've Googled around but I'm not seeing anything great. I can hand-code something simple but won't bother if there's a copy-paste solution.
