Who is the winningest Song Fight! participant of all? By that I mean, who has participated in the most winning songs? (I'm not asking who has won the most times under one name. That would be Josh Woodward, with 24 wins as "Josh Woodward".)

Here is the list of winning songs:

Spud and/or Maddog might take issue with that claim, Mr. Mahru.

I see the term thrown around...Does that mean where a bunch of new people vote who normally don't or does that imply something more devious? Cause I been spreading Songfight around to my musician friends like it's the gospel.

Spreading Songfight like the gospel is great. Keep that up.

The Friend Flood is something slightly more devious. The friend flood is when you get a lot of people to come to Songfight with the intent of just voting for you. They don't listen to the rest of the fight. They don't vote for any other bands. They came only to vote for you.

Thanks for clearing that up.
As I understand it, voting is tracked by IP address. Out of curiousity, Does anyone know what percentage of the vote comes from Songfighter IPs versus outside people "non-fighters"?
It "seems" like it would be easy to figure out what fighters use what machines based on login.

Someone voting for themselves isn't that big a deal. Someone getting a dozen other people to vote for themselves and only themselves is the problem.

Now that you're required to vote for at least two people, it's cut down on it somewhat, although it's not a complete solution.

But it's also just a website for funs. i.e. it's not worth getting that bent out of shape over it (of course it's also a bit puzzling why people WOULD friend-flood at all since it's not like there's anything on the line either).
