Here in the Great White North, most of the public sector gets Easter Monday off, but the private sector doesn't. It sets husband against wife, brother against brother, father against son.

Fine, I'll write one as a zombie that bites Tina. Then she becomes overly attached zombie girlfriend and groans a lot.

For the first time in a long while, I wrote a song for the mighty Song Fight! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll have time to work on a proper recording. Is there anyone out there that wants to collaborate? I could probably scrape together a decent G&G version of it tonight that someone could build on. I have very little time over the next few days, so I'm hoping there's someone out there willing to do most of the heavy lifting for this one. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.

I am finally back in, though not without considerable effort. I feel like I'm new all over again.

I've got a cute variation to contribute started. Mixing software is getting tiresome, I really want access to my f'ing equipment but the studio owner is acting like a gloom of goths controlling Yo Gabba Gabba - all drunk and shattered in 8 bits. I'll use that for the lyrics. "CARL - STOP BEING A C*CK, LOVE, YOUR SHADOW M-F'ER"

Yeah I have a song mostly written but haven't had time to finish writing it or start recording it. MAYBE I'll get something submittable done tonight.

But it's probably a joke that like 80% of the entries have done so if I don't get anything in, no big loss.

I couldn't let a good idea go to waste, so I'm in with a very stripped down track. I wish I had more time to work on it, but at least something's in...

Was going to record something quickly this evening, but I still couldn't write the rest of the lyrics and then my cat sent out sleep rays and I ended up taking a nap instead. And now it's 11 PM. Maybe I'll throw together a single-verse songlet with the only good part anyway.
