Mark all as read?

Not quite sure this is the right place to post this... It starts as a question "Is it possible to mark all threads read" (I know on some PhpBB forums there's a link right in the top right). And more on topic with this forum... if not, is it possible to make that happen, because it can be really useful. I tend to use "View unread posts" to browse. What ends up happening is that since I don't read all the threads, the function becomes less and less useful over time.

I use the "View New Posts". It seems to work good

Depends on what theme you're using, I guess. I'm on the "Milky Way Red" theme, and mine is in the top right of the main forum page and all subforums:

Okay, now I see that if I click on a specific forum or the main forum, I get "Mark forums read" or "Mark topics read". Mark forums read doesn't seem to do anything for me. "Mark topics read" might work, but then I'd need to click on each forum. Not a big deal anyway, just a minor convenience. Perhaps Caravan's suggestion is a good idea. I haven't tried that. Does it just show what's new since your last visit?

yeah, it does. you can also right-click on the little orange box (and open in new tab) and that takes you to the first unread post in that thread.

Oh, Okay, that seems like the way to go.
