Upcoming Forum Upgrade

Hello everyone,
I will be upgrading the forum to the latest version of PHPBB, probably some time this week.
So, if things get wonky have patience please.
I'll try to give enough notice, and put up a maintenance page, etc. But no guarantees
This upgrade will break the automatic review template script that I made. So if you use that, it'll be broken until I re-write it to work with PHPBB's new "extensions" system.
One really good effect of this upgrade will be that the new default skin is mobile friendly. That is one of my primary motivations for this upgrade.
