"The Girl Is Mine" is on a Michael Jackson album, so it probably doesn't count as a McCartney song, but I think it deserves an honorable mention:
And, on a more obvious note, another honorable mention for "Band on the Run."
Intellectually, I'm almost positive he has better songs, but I think I've had "Jet" stuck in my head at least twice a week for years now, so my pick is "Jet."
