It has to be "Jessica", which may also be my favorite instrumental, period.

Blue Sky I think is their best song.
They are fantastic in concert, great musicians, and one of the best jam bands ever.
I usually don't care for "Southern Rock", but I enjoy everything the Allman Brothers do.
