Submission deadline ambiguity

I believe most of the west coast is currently using daylight saving time:
By "9:59am pst" do you mean "9:59am pdt" (which would be "8:59am pst") or "10:59 pdt" (which indeed would be "9:59am pst")?
Shape up guys! This sloppiness is disgraceful. :)

all I know is that it means 1:00 pm for me. Thats all that counts anyways

Why would the west coast be using daylight saving time in autumn? You fool. Perth moved back onto standard time last month
