This is where we post our weight-loss goals for the year, our progress, and for the pervs, whatever sex happens along the way.

I'll start. I need to lose 10 pounds in 3 months. (difficulty: develop a lifestyle to keep it off)

I would like to weigh 165 and have a sexual partner that weighs (the same or) less. Superficial? Probably, but I'm a firm believer that you have to be attracted to your partner. You just have to be or otherwise you aren't going to enjoy it, and in turn you have less incentive to give pleasure. This is coming from a person who has tried very hard not to be shallow or superficial on more than a few occasions. It just doesn't work honestly.

I feel that if *I* try to improve myself and make myself more attractive, then it works for me and a potential partner. Its also good for ME and my own health overall. I'm not looking for perfection, that would be absurd. I did have a girlfriend briefly near the end of 2006 and while she wasn't super perfect magazine/TV hotness or anything, I DID find her very attractive and on that level it worked out really well.

Now, go ahead and flame me for starting this thread and how awful of a shallow piece of male pig I am OR... state your own goals and positive thoughts on health and sex.

Well, I've already lost a shit-ton of weight, but I'll play along

1: Lose another 10 lbs of bodyfat, become ripped as fuck, add a good 20 lbs of muscle
2: Hone the craft of picking up girls. I get by on playing shows, being reasonable looking, etc. but I'd like to be great at cold-approach and so forth
3: Have a real threesome
4: Continue to not take shit from bitches

I've made some real changes in how I react to women who are needlessly disrespectful to people around them. Instead of being a supplicating pussy, I refuse to take any degree of shit, and either ask them to leave or leave myself. Intensely effective in the majority of cases.

1. Yeah, when I can stabilize at 165 I plan on losing 10 more lbs of body fat but gaining that 10lb back as muscle. (therefore continuing at 165)

I was up to 191 or so when I rejoined weight watchers in June. My goal is to get back to 167. Before the break I was at 176, but now at 178 or so. Oh well! Back to work.

When the dolphin chafes ass, when the nun fights, and when the hummus has gone bad:

- get a routine, ya know: after work - 45 mins easy jog on treadmill or outside. I only say the treadmill because I find the routine is easier if it's at home, inside. Because right now it was just 5 degrees outside and such, but in a warmer climate, whatever. I just wouldn't jog on a city street. Exhaust from cars....choking...

- go to bed hungry, ya know, light dinners, veggies and chicken or fish

- brush yer teeth more often

- drink lots of water but not more than 4 liters a day

- laugh hard and ridicule this post at least a few times a day. Laughter burns calories and raises endorphin levels. Laugh often.

Your new diet of lean meat and veggies will force you to go to the grocery store more often, which is a great place to meet women. Shop in the vegetable section. Buy lots of cucumbers, zucchini, and yellow squash.

So as far as threesomes go, he too is in the 'been there, done that / not all its cracked up to be' category. (Lets just hope he doesn't stumble into the 'pandoras box' field as well.

The scale actually said 3lbs, but I don't believe it. I feel confident that I have lost 1 real lb though.

Yeah, your weight will fluctuate based on time of day, how much water you've had, and a million other factors. I will usually give myself credit for weighing a certain amount when the scale reads roughly the same for 3+ consecutive days.

Right now, my weight fluctuates between 195 and 200. I'm losing fat fast, but I'm adding on muscle at an almost even rate (which is balla).
