Cool photos of Songfighters

Post by Sober »

Got any really cool photos of you, on stage or not? Unafraid of this community seeing your face? Then post away.

This is from this Saturday, playing with the Josh Goode Band. A few hundred people there, so it was pretty cool.

I suppose the large scale version of my avatar works. That's me behind the American flag at the Slippery Noodle, a local blues club I play at. I apparently was feeling it a little bit as the hypnotic nature of my shirt took over briefly.

And by briefly I most likely mean for the next five minutes........or more.

The cameraman, my brother, went for the classic "Batman" TV series photo. I went to have the veins checked out in my right hand shortly after this photo was taken. Turns out my blood pressure increases the more intense the solo and that translates into big veiny looking hands.

EDIT: The clenching up of my face is as of yet explained by medical science.

Yeah, but who's that good-looking guy off to your right?

Note: Yes, I'm at my most-good-looking and my most-coolest when I'm a little blurry.

I'm not a vain person, but my wife took this for her photography class.
I like it because it really fits me. Drums and guitars, that's all that I am.

hmm, never got Jack Black before, and here I thought I was losing weight. Once, after our first show (at that same place now that I think about it) I got "bobcat goldthwait". Ouch. (from a girl no less) I used to get "Kid Rock" when I had longer hair.

This was, of course, a few years ago (during the Carter presidency, I believe). I haven't looked this good in years...

Fixed, BLT. If you look at the left background of those pics, you will see the concrete board shingles that I am making. Cement dust, silica, etc., is the reason for the mask.

The shingles recently went here:
