My wife bought me a new bottle of gin. So my martinis are all different now. Much smoother. There were some cherries in the fridge so I tried a Manhattan, but that's as far as I've got. Learning slowly. The other one I've tried is a Caye Pirina (spelling?) with Rum, Lime juice and brown sugar.
Will these lead to better songs I wonder or inspiration? I imagine it will only lead to "Drunk Fight" or something like that.

Nothing impresses the ladies like vomit. Curdled, chunky, bloody looking vomit.....mmmm good.Caravan Ray wrote:Want to impress the ladies? - Try mixing a milky drink like Baileys with white wine - it curdles and goes all sort of chunky looking and it looks like you're drinking vomit (or vomit with blood if you use red wine)
use a tall glass, garnish with carrot
Cheers!
Personally, I never get anymore complicated than Glenlivet over ice. Served with a smile and a hard on, it's served me well over the years.

Caipirinha, that is.Bell Green wrote:The other one I've tried is a Caye Pirina (spelling?) with Rum, Lime juice and brown sugar.
It's a Brazilian drink and it's made with cachaça, not exactly rum, I believe but similar. Yeah here is a page about this drink. I find them very tasty.
Speaking of which, I have a bottle of cachaça downstairs...

Rum rules. I did coke and rum tonight. Not enough to get drunk, but I didn't need to. I got wasted last night...enough to puke twice. It was a bad night (but only at the end). Tonight was calm and relaxing.
Has anyone else had a drink called Adios, Motherfucker? It's delicious. (And it will destroy you [if you have a bunch of other alcohol or you are not used to drinking a lot].)

Last weekend, I was at a belated Halloween party, and decided, on a whim, to mix Jack Daniels with Jones black licorice cola. It was delicious. Needs a name, though. Hmm.
Other than that, I've got to second the aforementioned sentiments in favor of the caipirina. God that's delicious stuff.
