Oooooooo.... We need a SF collective "Hunger Strike" cover! One of us does the Vedder part, one the Cornell part, and we could get a chorus of fighters to do a portion. :) Waddya think?
You could certainly cover the Vedder part, Phil.
Sweet!

If this ever happens, I'm in. A lot of me wants to say no, because everyone in Radiohead is more technically proficient than me, but in the past, I've really been attracted to a lot of the songs on Kid A as potential cover material for me, so let's do this shit. But I'm not going to pick a song or start working unless this gets off the ground.

I'm in, too. It's been far too long since I've done any music-ing.

But it's so much more enjoyable to just talk about it without having to do anything.

Hey, I have an idea. If we end up with seven or less participants, we can have a Radiohead Album Cover fight!

I call Kid A.

I call vocals for anyone that wants me to sing. :) But I'd especially love to sing "Creep". OMG! The first time I heard that song.

I wish I was special..
so fuckin' special..
(du-duh...du-duh)

I'm a creep...
I'm a winner....
what the hell am I doing here...
I don't belong here... ooooooooooooooooh!

I'm listening to it right now. Schweet!

Well, I almost wrote "liar", so I think "winner" was closer. ;)

I was going to make a joke at the expense of Pablo Honey once all the other ones had been claimed, and it was left sitting there on its own. Way to steal my thunder, Cashpoint.

Funny. I absolutely hate "Pyramid Song." With a vengeance. Considering the tempo and dynamic of it, it ought to put me to sleep, but thanks to the lagging beat and the horribly depressing tonality and vocal delivery, no sleep for me. Just spite and loathing. It almost ruins Amnesiac for me. Maybe also weird, it's bookended my two moderately great songs.

So now that there may be a moderate amount of interest in this, it appears that that mc wino character has skipped town. Wonderful.

No worry, if ya'll wanna do the fight, I'll be happy to host it, do the poll voting thing, and whatnot. There is only one rule though:
Someone has to collab with me on at least one track. :)

its all up to you to set the terms and conditions, but bear in mind the GOM, if you set the deadline to be the end of Feb 2008 i'd say there'd be a good response and plenty of time...but get a 2nd opinion ;)
what?
