I got some birthday clothes. A pair of pants and a couple sweaters. Birthdays rule. I ate good food. I watched Ratatouille with my family. It was better than I expected. I exchanged shy and awkward messages with a girl on myspace. Now I'm drinking a stiffass drink.

I miss playing tennis. Have you ever played on a clay court?
God, clay courts are the best. My grandparents used to have one on their farm. My Granddad built it himself. Amazingly different from concrete. Easier on the feet and knees. Slower. Less predictable bounces. So much fun.
Oh and you can slide on them if the clay is dry enough.

Still entertaining relative stragglers that don't know when its time to leave. In case any of my straggling, errrr, loving relatives read this, I jest of course. We had fun.
Watched movies I wouldn't normally watch
Played some video games, which I normally hate
Played Guitar Hero 3 for the first time. Its harder than it looks
Played boulderdash a few times
Gained a few extra pounds of squishy love cuddles
Its amazing the things one will do when his or her music room/slash/hideout/slash/guest room/slash/leave me the f**k alone room/slash/I need to give the fold out couch to good will/slash/ahh, what are ya gonna do?...room is occupied;O.

24th: raking the last of the leaves. 115 of those giant paper lawn bags for this year.
25th: at a 90th birthday party. Certainly one which I have no plans on seeing thrown for me, I'm pretty impressed with how fit physically and mentally this old broad is. Cheers, Glady!

This made me laugh quite hard, but only because I know how insane it would make me. Just pray you don't get caught in the act! When I see the bags all lined up on the street all I can think of is kids slicing them open or flinging them around. "Offa my lawn, whippersnapper!"I really wish I lived near Paco. I'd gather up some friends and about 150 bags of leaves and quietly scatter them all over your yard at about 3am.
Bringin' the stink since 2006.

For the past 20 years or so I haven't been eating turkey or drinking red wine as they both gave grand headaches and make me feel like crap. And not just when over doing things. I test it every 5 years or so, and this year...YUMMY! No more problemsjack wrote:it was the tryptophan.
We went to a fish hatchery in Rutland, VT on Friday, then ran around my farm in Putney on Saturday. What a beautiful weekend. I'm even liking NY in the rain today. Gotta buy more red wine.
