Indeed, it sure reads like spam, but given the question / semi-appropriate thread in which it's posted, I'm guessing it's legit.

Matt, for future reference, semi-off-topic, 1st-time ever posts, riddled with grammatical wackiness tend to look spam-y to message board regulars.

IMDB claims the release date should be June of 2007 but that's clearly a little bit off.

Movies are notorious for getting behind schedule. I'd contact the person whose name appears beside yours on the bottom of the contract. (Or his/her assistant.) That individual should have more information than us punks -- or Melvin, for that matter, who is likely in the same boat as you.
