It's Christmas Eve, and the kids are up way too early. Well, it's 7:15 or so now, which isn't so bad. But they've been at it for a while. Tomorrow they'll probably get up around 2am at this rate!

My batch of BLT's chunky fudge came out pretty good! It's a modest attempt by his standards, I'll wager; it's got chips ahoys and nutter butters in it. Check out my cooking skills!

7am and I've got the kids trying fudge. I'm like the best parent ever.

QotD: Hmm, I don't have a good holiday question. Someone help me out.

Just finished my solo entry and send that in. In about an hour, we're heading off to my future mother-in-law's house for the Christmas festivities. Should be fun.

Boxers!

Boxers.

I stayed up nice and late to finish my entry for Credible Threat, then went to bed. Yesterday, my family got Super Mario Galaxy as an early christmas present. I will see you all in several hours.

Boxers means you prefer Boxing Day. Briefs means your dick is always glued to your sack and easier to notice skidmarks.

That sounds pretty holiday related to me.

I am at work. I am not doing anything. For some reason my company decided that we should have a half-day on the 24th (so I'm stuck here until 1), but also get the whole of the 26th off. So I'm just slacking off. My plans for tonight are to just watch a bunch of animation with my friend Pat (who I've been working on these little mini-shorts with).

Speaking of shorts, qotd: Briefs, usually.

Ask someone old enough, and their answer may be "Depends."

Hahaha...correction: for some, Briefs may mean that. For others, it means dick plastered against the area above it, nearer to, or along the waistband. The "flip".
Personally, it's boxer-briefs. That way you can hang loose or do the "flip". Actually I just kinda like them. Especially the ones made by the company Land's End.

Merry Christmas to you all!

Happy Christmas everybody.

It is 7am - Santa has landed through the night - Caravan Harriet is still asleep - chaos will soon reign.

(Oh yeah - For those with young children - I stumbled across a wonderful lie last night. I have a big, white dog that barks a lot. I told Harri that Chief was an 'old friend of Santas' and his barking was him sending instructions to Santa about how good a girl Harri had been. I even have a photo of Chief as a puppy, with Santa! Chief was stationed outside Harris door with instructions to bark messages to Santa should any misbehaviour occur. This worked a treat!

The photographic evidence of a Chief/Santa conection, along with the fact that Chief is a 50kg maremma sheepdog than can crush the skulls of small animals in one bite - convinced Harri that he wasn't a dog to be crossed - and we had a peaceful uneventful Xmas Eve.)

I am home from work now, and apparently Pat (rightfully) interpreted Christmas to mean tomorrow, so I guess I have no plans at all except to drink wine and watch movies. Hooray?

DRC: I slept in till 1:45pm, got up made coffee, and here I sit. I'm on holidays till the 2nd of January. w00t!! I sent my daughter home last night with a Bratz kiddie makeup kit, the last Harry Potter book, some new Spyro the Dragon DS game, some clothes, a Webkin, and lots of love. No Wii, though, because Nintendo can SUCK IT. They should be in their Korean sweatshops 24/7 pumping out millions of those things a day, but NOOOOOO... (She'll probably be getting one for her birthday)

QotD: Depends (damn you, fluffy. I wait my whole life for someone to ask me that, and you say it first)

Merry non-denominational festive season, everyone! I love you guys. This is the best internet community ever.

I wish it was Christmas right now. We're celebrating it on the 27th, which is pretty gay.

Short for "homo." Which is short for "homosexual." Which is proper terminology for "queer."

.....which rhymes with beer, and Homer loves to drink beer called Duff, and that is another way of saying buttock, which Homer gets his fill of at a bar called Moe's.
The moral of this story? There's no business like Mo business :P
