Urgent collab request!!!

I've got this song I wrote today, and I am hoping someone can help me with this over the weekend. I can live with it being a country song, Southern rock song, or indie rock song, but I am not interested in making it hard rock or electronic (unless it is rather stripped down and mellow/Moody). Please contact me by Saturday if you can help make this song what it needs to be. PM me for an MP3, or feel free to burgle. ;-)

The Last Year

VERSE ONE (E-A x3, D7-A)
You've got to say goodbye to everyone
you've got to be strong while you do
because what happens, happens more to them
so live your life while you have some to

CHORUS
(E) A
Somehow you already know
D A E
the truth of how to go
A
that there's no reason to fear
D A E
what might be your last year

G#m A
and you can say, with confidence
F#m E
I am ready for whatever life presents
A
and tell 'em, 'hold back your tear'
D no chord E
even though this might be the last year

VERSE TWO (E-A x3, D7-A)
You see the brighter side of what is left to do
and save your legacy with quiet construction
your grandchildren may never get a chance to meet you
But will they know you? there is no question!

CHORUS

BRIDGE
in the end, despite all the baggage,
that I have mostly forgave and forgot,
know that my kid will fold your planes,
even when he is just a little tot

So you will live on,
though you are gone

CHORUS
Wages - Hoglen & Wages - The Affirmative Mention - Gawking Urethras - The EAF - and more

Do you have a scratch copy... I can SEE the chords, I just don't know exactly HOW they flow with the lyrics.

This post is in no way obligating me to the song. This post is just further inquiry. It's still open to anybody.

I understand, here is a usually rough MP3 (the bridge is far from right on this, and i do realize that, hopefully the collaborator can come up with something?; and the tempo is probably uneven, but I can make a better recording).

Track should be up within 5 minutes:

EDIT: Song is done, el solo!
