Chipmunk Nation

Now, I'm not sure if any of you will like this, but I find these to be absolutely hilarious.

Basically a guy takes really famous songs and makes it so "Alvin and the Chipmunks" sing them.

Numb - Linkin Park - Chipmunks is probably one of my favorites.

Anywho, I hope some of you enjoy.
Most hated nerdcore rapper.

One Word: TheJimVarneyAllstars

Not to rain on your parade, it's just a pitch effect you can do in almost any wav editor these days.

Name a song and somebody here can make a 'chipmunks' version of it. :D

What would be impressive is if someone would take the time to extract the vocal track to the best of their ability just put a +12 step on the vocals.

Then mix those vocals with the original, un-pitch effected, and vocally extracted bed of music.

I tried Hobs. When I saw you mention it, I thought to myself, "self, I'm going to try this". But I got bored quickly and gave up trying to separate the vox. None of the tools I have did a very good job. Goldwave has a thing to remove vox, but it doesn't work very good.
It's a shame the music doesn't sound better with the pitch change.
