I wrote a tune for this, but I don't have the motivation to finish it (especially since you already have 2 other choices)

It's a really short piano/string tune which involves me proclaiming my love for the way a girl uses powerpoint to show what she's got.

The drums add a LOT to this, they give it the bouncy upbeat feel it wasn't getting from the fingerpicked guitar. Very nice.

I have always hated PowerPoint. I even hated it before I ever used it.

I was teaching several classes at Autodesk University several years ago, mostly on 3D Studio. The adminstration insisted that I give my classes using PowerPoint, to make it easier for them to document the event. I refused, gave my presentation using THE ACTUAL FUCKING SOFTWARE that I was teaching, and was never invited back to teach again.

When my old boss, Ibsen Nelsen, died a couple of years ago (he never had a computer, even though the rest of the office was pretty up to speed), some people went through his 35mm slide collection and put together a slide show of his work (he had a long practice, and it was well documented in Ektachrome) it was presented using an actual slide projector after the memorial service. However, the preacher, after the service, invited everyone to "join us in the fellowship hall for a PowerPoint Presentation of Ibsen's work". That did it for me. Fucking Microsoft got a product placement into my non-computer-literate boss's memorial service. God has been out marketed.

See, I'm just the opposite. I have no idea what power point is, nor have I ever seen it. But I love the theme song so much that I now like it. :P

Cheers, BLT!

At the day job we print a lot of posters that are set up in Powerpoint, so we run a bunch of different versions on both platforms. The idea of Captain Powerpoint got a few chuckles around the office.

Hey Niveous, when's the big unveiling? I want to see this superhero in action!

Captain Powerpoint is a hit!

And I gave props to the three of you for the song. The presentation was a rousing success with it's cheesy Superman references, wonderous song and Back to the Future in animated gif form. There's no way to send everyone the presentation since I ran it karaoke style (lyrics fly in and show pics of the good Cap'n). But here's a pic of our hero:

Good to hear Niv. Cap'n PP looks cool. Can he fly?

By the way KA and JT. What kind of money do you think we could make doing children's songs?

With great hits like:
1. Mommy's kisses smell like gin
2. Who put my toothbrush in the toilet?
3. I can't stop touching my special purpose
4. My dog keeps shittin' on the rug.
And the song that launched us to world wide fame
5. I like wearing my sisters panties

Sure makes it easier for us that way, doesn't it, lol

Did you notice how every layer that was added on, dirtied it up?
I'm sure that compressing and uncompressing had something to do with that.
For instance:
I grabbed KA's MP3 file
Put it on Cubse
added my shiz
Exported the wav file
Converted to MP3
Then you took it from there and did whatever format changes.
