Jamiroquai - Light Years
Theirs: light years, light years, light years...
Mine: like chairs, like chairs, like chairs...

Seriously, go listen to it...it's not much of a stretch.

The Weakest Suit - Just To Be Difficult
Actual: the heaven in your eyes
What I heard the first time: the heaven in your ass

I don't know what the actual lyrics are, but I'm almost certain that in the first verse of Suffragette City, David Bowie does not say, "this mellow fat chick just put my spine out of place."

See, I even know that, yet I added the apostrophe anyway. But if you continue to point these things out to me, it will sink in, maybe.

Billy's Little Trip, feat. me and Wages:

The real lyric:
"I'm hard and full of come"

The one everyone hears:
"My heart is full of come."

Tell me now, which is better?

Oh, and
Addicted to Doug
Feel Like Makin' Doug
A Doug Supreme (no one said they all had to be rock songs...)
I Will Always Doug You
I'm Just a Doug Machine
I Doug Rock'n'Roll
"Warren Zevon would be proud." -Reve Mosquito

IT'S THE SEMEN CAVITY KILLER!

(anyone else like Patton Oswalt?)

Did anyone say Doug Song by the Cure?

And how could we all have missed, on a more general note, one of the classics:

Jimi Hendrix Experience - Purple Haze
Actual: 'scuse me while I kiss the sky
Much better: excuse me, while I kiss this guy

I Doug the one everyone hears. :P

I did a song for "king me" and one of the lines is:
"It's time to buckle down"

But Wes Davis thought I said:
"It's time to fuck a cow"

Damn if it doesn't sound like fuck a cow. You be the judge >> King Me << it's about half way into the song (second verse).

edit: Is there a way to make the quick time audio player show the some time?

There's a live recording out there where he actually sings that, on purpose. Show him, will ya.
Bringin' the stink since 2006.
