Let's hope so, it was looking like it might be called Songfight! LIVE 2008: Hoblit's Living Room! ( not that there's anything wrong with that :) )

I've actually made that whole 'my place' joke in RL. (Although, Dre can attest, my living room could not hold this event even if it was just us three.) I was just teasing with a friend about holding the event in my bedroom and I already have my inputs and outputs running to the receiver in the living room. Joking because thats just how small of an event this seems to be turning into.

I'm looking at a couple of places to hold this. It really shouldn't be a problem finding a place. As a matter of fact right now I'm being picky. I AM sorta feelin' out this thread to determine what are needs will actually be. I'm being patient and hoping the link on the front page gets some folks attention.

A big thanks for everybody here already showing support.

Perhaps that advert is for you, because it might just might take that long for YOU to get off on HER.

But it only takes 10 seconds to undo my belt and pull my pants down far enough!

There's no way I could stretch that process all the way until August.

I am exceptionally excited that I stumbled back into the boards to discover SONGFIGHT TAMPA!(?) I am currently scheduled to be in Tampa mid August. That might change, but even if it does not change, I will make sure a lot of kids know about this. And we might be able to bring a lot of the heavy equipment. I will come back with more on this soon.

Probably won't need TOO MUCH in the way of heavy equipment but it does look like we could still use a bass rig. (First post has all current equipment availability)

Of course, feel free to bring what you'd like.

And thanks for posting, I was wondering if you'd chime in or not. (I know you spend a lot of time outside of Tampa)

Tampa--This'll probably be the closest SongFight LIVE there will ever be (3 hours away). Sure hope I can make it.

A complete history of Song Fight! Live, including this year's plans: http://songfight.org/sfhs/

It's linked on the front page. For now. I am sure Hoblit is working on something even slicker.
