I'm still on a recooperation break, and I have family in this weekend--but I may submit a song out of the fact that music IS kind of a stress-reliever for me... and work and other things have been VERY stressful lately.

Planning to be in.

Expect the "country Jeff" voice. Expect a three-chord GnG ballad stretched into a seven minute jam.

Well, I think my "Unnatural Disaster" for NE3 is about as good as it's going to get, and I do have an idea for this one, so maybe I'll make it... depends on how busy Monday turns out to be, if I can get it recorded. Story line is closely related to the story line for the Nur Ein song.

First line of the lyric is, "there's just not enough goth girls in this school..." and you can sorta guess where it goes from there...

So, since I'm finally graduating and no longer in school for awhile, I might be able to enter this one. Which would be nice, I've been needing that.

I've got something nice and depressing going on. Also have some song ideas.

Done. Now I'll see if I get time to redo some of the tracks this weekend, but it's good to go if not.

I think I'm in. I got a simple wee ditty with most of it recorded. Mixing is always an iffy proposition with me, tho. It's on, babyyy!

Got the guitar and half of the drums written. I'm so horrible at the drums that I always get depressed and stop writing at about this part of the song, but i'm going to push myself to finish this one.

Done, sent.... embarrassment to ensue!

(This was going to be a 'Cynthia' song, but I thought "oh what the hell, I've been ridiculed for my singing before.... so why not again!")

I'm back in--submitted

Again... don't ask. (Although the time I was 'out' took away precious mixing time, which can be seen in the vocal track)

Yeah, well, we'll see. I was really happy with my track and then I decided it needed some backing vocals on the chorus in a couple places, and I think they hurt more than they helped...

Ah, well, there's always next fight...

I got you all beat... the quality of my rhythm guitar and vocals sound horrible. I simply didn't have enough time once I decided I was back in from being out after saying I was in...
