I've been cheering for Penguins - Redwings. Neither are my team, but mine didn't make it this year. The Penguins won this one with a vengeance, anyway. Now we just need Det to knock off the stikin' Dallas.

yeah, what i saw of that one was a great game. i especially liked the bit where the whistles didn't blow for 6 mins or something in the 3rd, nice clean hockey with chances on both sides. pitt's got a tough road ahead though, losing the first two like that. i decided i don't really care which team wins, as long as we get lots of games

Agreed. I'm much more a fan of hockey than I am a fan of any one team. My wife and I pull for the Devils and the Rangers, mostly by default because of where we live, and we have a soft place in our hearts for the Hurricanes because we're both originally from NC. But when it comes down to it, what I really care about is speed and physical impact, no matter what color jersey it happens to come wrapped in.
