nothing overtly sexual, either.
but that's me.
i find many words in english to be ugly, such as "chores"

Words are often only ugly in the context of how they are spoken. For instance - if a South African were to read aloud the 23rd Psalm - it would sound like somebody choking on a rat. However, James Earl Jones or Richard Burton could describe in great detail the treatment of their penile warts - and people would pay to listen. And Cameron Diaz, even when she's saying "My God, how did you get my number, I'm calling the police right now...", still sounds sexy.15-16 puzzle wrote:English is such a mutt of a language. It was never a question of "if" but rather of "who". Heh.Jim of Seattle wrote:So is anyone else thinking the same thing I'm thinking? I'm thinking I'm going to write a song using every single one of JB's banned words list. Gimme those titles, man, I'm on it. Oh wait, I'm out of town.
I'm pretty sure Front used Spivak in 'I Heart Fags.'Puce wrote:Because I was making a list of words I couldn't avoid the Futurama reference. Feel free to replace 'Pimpmobile' with 'Spivak', which is a class of gender-neutral pronouns.the Jazz wrote:Pimpmobile totally doesn't deserve to be on this list
Welsh is a far friendlier language! Try putting this into a song...15-16 puzzle wrote:English is such a mutt of a language. A great deal of the words are ugly beyond belief.
