August 21st, 2008 has been Roned.

Complain about your schedule. Apparently people like that sort of thing.

That's the thing. Called the cops two and half hours ago. No sign of them. Bank called, though. They payed their Verizon bill with Amy's credit card (probably on-line using Laura's computer, since that the computer she uses to do her on-line banking), and tried to use it at a McDonald's and a Circle-K, but they didn't have the actual card. The bank called and the card has been canceled, and Amy has changed her password, but still no cops.

Okay so people are dumb enough to use a stolen credit card to pay for an account which ostensibly has their name on it? Wow.

Please tell me that they're not THAT stupid.

Don't know yet, fluffy. Bank wants to talk to the cops. But they still aren't here. Going on 3 hours. It they had any brains (the thieves, not the cops), they used it to charge a pay-as-you-go phone, but still, yes, a possible error.

Holy hell, major suckage! The 8 string too? Cocksuckers!

Now I feel a little more bad for not making the 1 pixel GIF transparent instead of white.

Aw, Spud, that is so lame. My stomach is turning. Hopefully the idiots will get rounded up and possibly still have the gear as well. Good the card got pinned down, though.

I guess that since I keep buying them, we have a difference of opinion on that point.

You keep buying them because they keep getting stolen. Now that you have a full-time drummer you can stop that nonsense.

Our full-time drummer made it to 2 of 4 scheduled practices. For the other 2 practices we used the DD-55. It rarely misses practice, keeps a steady beat, and doesn't drink any of my beer.

You wanna talk SHIT, they took my Vocal 300, too.

Okay that sucks. :< (both the drummer no-show and the vocal300)

Tell Dave to get his ass in gear because seriously without a drummer # just completely falls apart and it's really freaking hard to get John to do the right thing when he can't practice with the real fucking drums. FLUFFY COMMANDS HIM.

Did they at least leave your guitar multi-fx pedal which has the dinky drum machine built in? It's even worse than the DD-55 but it might at least make a decent substitute Dave in a pinch, as long as you don't need to change your effect during a song.

Or you could finally get a loop pedal and just beatbox it.

No, they took the RP50 as well.

The problem is that you and I are looking for different things in a drum machine. I don't want to make beats. I want to select a style and a tempo and let it go. That's it. The DD-55 is perfect for my use, but not for yours. At least I know that YOU aren't stealing them.

Maybe I'm stealing them as a form of negative reinforcement?

In that case, can I at least have my guitars back? Or are you trying to tell me something there as well?

No I would actually prefer you learn to play them so that your guest guitar players don't have to be confounded by weird things written in F-sharp or whatever.
