DRC: It's September and in the Niviverse, that means being very very busy. The kids start school and their birthday is right around the corner. And I'm putting more work into my NPCA project. I figured since the tentative title is called Septemberian, September is the perfect time to get things going. I've already done some writing and some typing today.

QotD: What was the last song to freak you out?

Music can cause a lot of reactions and sometimes a song can disturb you. For me, I was just listening to "At the Base of the Giant's Throat" by Battle of Mice and the screaming 911 call towards the end of the song never fails to disturb me.

I think 'return of the son of monster magnet' by the almighty Zappa is the only one which really stands out, and of course I first heard that years ago.
