Complain about your schedule. Apparently people like that sort of thing.

Tuesday, March 10th and Wednesday, March 11, 2009

Did laundry today. Think it was the first time in, like, six weeks. I took up four washing machines and thee driers.

While my clothes were in the wash, I solved my long-standing recording issues and recorded a Coverfight entry almost five whole years overdue.

QotD: What's the dumbest mistake you've ever made (that you'll admit to here)?

QotD: I never remember my dumb mistakes. I guess that's a pretty dumb mistake.

How many clothes do you have that you can queue up so much laundry?

Yesterday I started feeling sick while at work but I had a pretty productive day. By nighttime I was feeling horrible. This morning I called in sick and am just relaxing like crazy. I do need to get some lunch though.

qotd: I've made a lot of small-to-medium mistakes in my life but in the long run most of them have led to better things, and they've all been learning experiences anyway. I think the biggest one would be my cascade of ridiculousness after graduating from college, which is too complicated to get into and all very much behind me now.

I think you just hit on a perfect subject to make one of these. I would love to see a short animated movie of your escapades.

In Texas, we're in that transitionary period where there's a few cold days, then warm for a few days, so between my summer clothes and my winter clothes, I basically went through two whole wardrobes between washes. I can't put it off that long when the weather is consistent.

RS, SS or Z28? I had a 68 SS with a 427. LOVED that car.

it was an rs with a 307. the 69 z28's were the ideal car for me back then, and i always thought about faking mine up with the cowl hood, the little spoiler in back, and the cool z28 logo in the grill. :)

ah, good times man. i feel old.

Ha, great pic. I need to scan some old pics someday. A few days ago, a friend showed me a pic of us in 8th grade. I couldn't stop laughing.

Soon after that some of my freelancer friends convinced me to go see Watchmen with them, sick or not. I feel vaguely guilty about having fun when I was taking a sick day off. Even though I was actually sick. (And still am, but not enough to keep me from going to work. Because I'm a glutton for punishment, I guess.)

Haha, you look just like my dad there - he had a camaro back in the day, and always went around in short shorts with no shirt on. It must have been the look, I guess.
