Wednesday is when each new issue of The Onion comes out, so ever since I started working at my current location, I've done lunch at the Chipotle down the street each Wednesday, ordered a burrito, and read The Onion.

My weekly Internet reading cycle (it used to be a lot longer but now most of the things I follow use RSS, which keeps it much more manageable via Google Reader)
Also, generally on Saturday I script out a few comics for completion throughout the week, and Sunday I often make a batch of [pizza dough|beans and rice|stew|gumbo] for the next week's worth of dinners.
