That sounds just like something Metallica would say.
:( I don't even listen to Metallica.

Edit: Well, it's not perfect, but I need to sleep. Start time: 7PM, End Time: 3AM
If I had a dollar for every one of my songs j$ has called a 90s pastiche, I'd have $1 for every song I've written.

Just found out that the collaboration in which I played a small part is finished and submitted as well. 8)

This is my first appearance for 2009 as well. Still not a whole song (it's been quite a while) but I've sent in drums for a collab for the first time since last July...

Woah, welcome back! Maybe people won't lump us together now that it's 3 years later.

The only Metallica song I've ever listened to more than once (and also the only Metallica song I remember) is "Nothing Else Matters". So unless you've got thousands of violins and all that in your song I'm pretty sure I won't mention Metallica in my review.

I... I mean WE can only hope. :)

I doubt my entry will blow anyone's mind, but hopefully it will show some growth in song structure. Incidentally, this is the first time I've used my electric guitar in probably a year!

OK. We got songs. But we got no art and no review thread. See you tomorrow.

Are we still pre-fighting? I just want to mention right away before anyone calls me on it: there's a small bit in my tune that sounds like a casio sax sample, but it's real sax with a leslie effect. I worked hard for that level of cheesiness! ;) The rest of the entry is three tracks of bass guitar plus a drum loop. I bet y'all can't wait. ;)
