DRC: Hey everyone.

With FAWM in the record books and my wrestling game running nicely again (except for the need for new blood), I have found myself in an interesting place. I have a pretty open project queue, so I think it's time for me to work on some things that I had previously dropped the ball on.

QotD: Are there any projects that you dropped the ball on that you would like to get going again?

For me
- I have gotten back into my Japanese studies. It's definitely a use it or lose it language.
- Getting back into my work on the TFC album. I have vocals I need to lay down.
- I still owe Albatross a cover (years in the making). How can I ask for songs from people when I still owe songs?
- Songwriting for Songfight. I haven't entered a fight this year.
- Septemberian. My fiction piece. I hit a major roadblock in the story logistics. I still haven't figured out how to remedy it.

I also need bands to write for. Anyone who wants some lyrics can just drop me a PM.

QotD: I owed the Idiot Kings a cover for almost five years solid. Just got around to it a few weeks ago.

In other news, there was an album I had pretty completely written, and it was some of the strongest material I've ever done, in my own opinion, but a computer crash made me lose all the lyrics. I can reconstruct a lot of it, but I lost all my momentum on the whole project after that crash. That was back in '06. Maybe it's time to start up again.

Or maybe it will be after I finish 14 Stories.

DRC: Last Thursday night, my wife and I found a note on our door when we got home. Our lease expires on April 30. We thought we had a month longer before we had to move. This puts me in the awkward position of having to decide between paying a security deposit on a new apartment, or paying a down payment on a new car.

Both are mixed blessings, I suppose. We couldn't wait to move. Just didn't think it would be this soon.

I'd "still" like to pick around 15 songs to perfect and make an album.

I'm kinda offended by this comment. There has never been a time in which some has asked me to write a song for them for a fight and I haven't given them something.

I was just trying to jolt your memory to see if you had some lyrics I asked about last week. No offense meant, Niv.

Oh. I see.
I hadn't given you any lyrics because we were planning on meeting and doing tunes. But I can send you some stuff before then.

Tear in the space/time continuum.

As for me, I've got about 4 albums in the works now, some art and a novel. But I'm so damn lazy, I don't know if I'm going to finish them all.

Yes, but they're great pick up lines.
