Complain about your schedule. Apparently people like that sort of thing.

Konnichiwa, Songfighters.

So, today I threw myself headlong into preparations for this year's Nur Ein. Every year, it is a labour but it's definitely a labour of love. It's worth going through all the mayhem because the music that comes out of it every year is so exceptional.

QotD: What are some of your favorite songs from the three years of the Nur Ein?

For me, the two songs that immediately come to mind as favorites are Abominominous' and Merisan's "No One Else". Both songs were phenomenal. "El Balazo" by Ross Durand & Anja Claire also was a big standout. I often play that song for people and have them guess the year it came out. They are always off by decades!

I realize I'm late to this party, but how does Nur Ein work? Apologies in advance for my clueless-ness. :)

Edit: Nevermind. I will look here: http://songfight.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=5303

I'm usually too busy writing songs for Nur Ein that I don't listen to the other tunes. Then when I get eliminated I turn sour and stop watching until the final round.

It would be cool if there was hosting for them all in one place, too. I would resubmit mine to support that.

I've hosted all of NE3's songs on my website. I'm willing to do the same with NE1 & NE2.
