RIP
i remember seeing Wilco many years ago, before they became famous, and jay bennett blew me away with his talent. tweedy was meh, the band was great, but jay bennett made me think what a kick ass band this was. as both a guitar player and keyboardist, he was equally talented and his feuds (and ultimate dismissal) with tweedy made me really dislike tweedy after that.
