It could tie in via a false positive on a pregnancy test? I dunno.
qotd: This month I want to accomplish the following:
1. Record live-friendly arrangements of songs for an SFLive set
2. Not go insane with the latest round of bullshit at work which is quickly turning into a ridiculous place with too many managers and too few engineers
3. Find happiness
4. Make it to 31 (that should be easy at least)
Also, one thing I really miss from my 'tracker' days of music production is the ability to make arbitrary simple waveforms just by loading little snippets of random files and then cropping out a part that sounds neat. I also really wish Logic Pro had a simple sine wave generator instrument. There are fixed-frequency sine wave generators and there are a billion different square/triangle/sawtooth generators and there are FM generators which add a whole bunch of processing to the sinewave but god damnit sometimes I just want a sinewave with a simple ADSR envelope that I can modify with an external signal chain however I want. Is that so much to ask? (Yes, apparently.)

Well, didn't make it all the way to the finish, but at least I can 'splain...Generic wrote:Not sure how "False Positive" would tie into Oedipus, but power to you, G-Funk.
It was based on the section where Eddie's living with his adopted parents (the king & queen of wherever the fuck it is), they won't tell him if he's adopted or not, so he goes to the oracle and instead of getting a firm yes or no, finds out he's going to whack his dad and screw his mom.
Of course, as we know, he takes it the wrong way.
