It's exactly like a quesadilla. The only difference is it's on a corn tortilla and it has my own salsa fresca with tomatos, jalapinos, onion and cilentro from my garden, woo hoo!

......oh, and it has my own spicy mayo dip! The secret is in the dip.
In my house, we'd still call that a quesadilla. Perhaps add a descriptor to it to describe what you've stuffed it with.
How about calling it, "Smoked Stuffed Corn Quesadilla with Spicy Special Dip"?
