Re: Do you promise to enter this week? (pre-fight)
I think I may do a campy pop tune, for diversity! If the Song Fight wind hasn't left my sails by then.
If I had a dollar for every one of my songs j$ has called a 90s pastiche, I'd have $1 for every song I've written.

Actually, I mocked up 18 seconds of my idea - 18 sad, long seconds - and I'm already disappointed and demoralized. I think I probably have to scrap everything and start all over. So... want some help? lulz

I'm working on one, but I'm struggling with vox. I've been sick ever since I got the swine flu vaccine.

Is that a young Genesis P Orridge, or did you look like a young Genesis P Orridge, or you in fact the young Genesis P Orridge who has discovered time travel and are using the machine to submit songs from the 1960s? We must be told.

Re: Do you promise to enter this week? (pre-fight)
I finished it. Finally entering something. It's my effort at dance music a la Lady Gaga cept without most of the crazy. My lyrics are "keep your promises" as opposed to keep ALL your promises, but I'm sure you guys can over look that, because I'm too lazy to change it and also it doesn't sound very good. Too cluttered.

I wouldn't call it an impression, but the style is somewhat similar. Somewhat.

Oh none of you will ever SEE that. Maybe after I get shorter by about 4 inches and bleach my hair blonde and lose half my body mass. Until then, you'll just have to hold your breath.

Re: Do you promise to enter this week? (pre-fight)
Lord I've been listening to my past songfight entries and they're just crap. I think this one I made is actually an improvement. Not so many amateurish mistakes, though they do add charisma to the song entries I'll admit. I tried not to capture my breathing on the microphone. Or mouse clicks. Or off key singing. Though I autotuned things pretty heavily as that's what you do with a dance song. Obviously. I don't expect to win, but at least this one won't be AS embarrassing as my other entries.
