I've decided I'm in this week -- my first title for the year. There was a power cut in Wellington yesterday, so expect a melodramatic song about the hazards of power cuts.

Power cut in Wellington!

Heh!! Probably because I left NZ. I used to work for the company that supplies your power. I knew things would fall apart after I went.

Nevermind - cheer yourself up. Have some pineapple chunks. Or a chocolate fush.

Me and my best friend are going to be making the Country Martyrs 3rd song, 2nd for SF.

You know what that means (probably not but I'll tell ya), better guitar, and vox that will probably include pathetic longing or other stereotypical love song crap in it.

Nur E.... I nean SONG FIGHT!
From spoken word to actual singing, I can screw up any style with style. :D

I submitted a song, but it was a bit late... am waiting in hopes that some (no doubt undeserved) leniency on the fightmaster's part allows it to appear on the site. It sucks less than my past efforts. The chord progression, perhaps appropriately, consists of a repeated downward motion, contrasted against a searching vocal melody. It's in B major -- the best fucking key in the world.
