Free game for learning piano

Post by fluffy »

For those who like Beatmania/Guitar Hero/Rock Band/etc. and want to use that mechanism to learn piano, I just came across this game: http://www.synthesiagame.com/

It's basically a free OSX version of Keyboard Mania, driven by whatever MIDI files you give it. Looks like it might be a fun way to learn how to play piano if you don't already.

Oh, huh, for some reason I thought it was OSX only! Topic title updated accordingly.

Cool, I've always wanted to learn how to tickle the ivorys. I just hope I remember this thread tomorrow. Can you email me or PM me tomorrow, fluffy. I'll forget by then. Thank you in advance.

...OMG, I can subliminally tell that you aren't going to remind me tomorrow, as you read this. I asked nicely! Why are you so mean to me?

I'll be checking my email and PMz here tomorrow hoping you prove me wrong. Surprisingly, I'm quite optimistic. :P

Ha, I like how you like to prove people wrong, fluf. Thanks for the "multiple" emails reminding me of this piano game.

I was just showing by example how you could make things remind you automatically!
