After Manhattan Glutton played our favorite songs, Kasper rocked the stage.

House guitar/borrowable guitar at Firehouse? Easier, but if not, no prob.

I don't have access to an acoustic with a pickup, but I've got one that'll work!

Was that before the show today or is it after the show? If not after, where's everyone headed tonight? I'm still trying to make it to the firehouse but that may not happen since I'm in New Jersey yet.
If I had a dollar for every one of my songs j$ has called a 90s pastiche, I'd have $1 for every song I've written.

I'm watching the webcast, but it is kind of hard to hear. Any chance you can turn it up on your end?

Hey fellow songfighters, thanks for another fun live SongFight event and especially to Niveous, Roy, Ben and any other NY local who made it happen. Sorry I had to leave right before the live fight but I had a train catch. Who won?

Great to meet and/or see all of you!

The final four were JB, Bad Boys at Bat Mitzvahs, Marcus Kellis, and I. BBABM won it.

also I set my camera to record the livefight but it only got the first 29 minutes. sorry. hopefully there will be other recordings available but I don't personally feel good about providing recordings for only SOME participants, especially with how awesome some of the later ones were.

(I think mine was on the recording but I screwed it up enough that I wouldn't be submitting that one anyway.)

oh and yeah I made it back to my hotel just fine. turns out that when I'm drunk I'm just as good as using the NYC subway as before I had a smartphone to guide me everywhere. A year's worth of experience does me well.

This is way better than I am caapable of typing right now (see fdrink and twtitter)

Sorry I had to leave right before the live fight too. I also had a train to catch. Would have missed it actually if I had left even 1 minute later than I did! I had a lot of fun this weekend. It was awesome meeting everyone. One of these days I'll figure out how to play something live... :)

In previous years there has been, but it's been clunky to use and the audio was spotty at best.

I'm not sure it kept an archival copy this time around, and nobody brought a real camcorder this year. :(
