You sure love you some Thom Yorke. I've heard that joke before. But I'd still use it if the time was right. :)

I tried to post here Saturday night after the show, but it was from my phone, and it must have crapped out. Either that or I was too drunk to operate it properly. Anyway, you guys missed it. My wife's uncle got me completely bombed. I suppose it helps when you're friends with the bartender.

I just woke up at 7AM with all the lights in the house on, and all of my clothes on. Today is going to hurt.
If I had a dollar for every one of my songs j$ has called a 90s pastiche, I'd have $1 for every song I've written.

Yeah, one time I woke up on the couch and I was laying on a piece of toast. The other 3 pieces were in the toaster oven. I ate them.

Ha! Should've finished the fourth as well. What's it matter at that point? Many, many years ago, I fell asleep with a frozen pizza in the oven. Thankfully, I had mis-set the oven and slow cooked it to a cracker-like condition. After realizing that I could've burnt the house down, I shrugged and ate my breakfast. Idiocy at it's best, there. Glad I've been sent back to the minor leagues.

We must go out drinking sometime.

I also found a couple bar glasses with the toast that time.

You probably had more fun than you would have at the bar I was playing at.

They cut us off because of some stupid noise ordinance. It's a bar on the freaking highway. I don't know why you need a noise ordinance on the highway - you could barely hear us over the sound of the passing cars anyway. I only got to drink half my beer, and we all drove away fuming.

ah, you got caught out by that! was it your first bust for it? that totally blows! :(
I had way too much fun. Needed to so I could get back on track tho with the way this week has gone :) I was actually meant to meet someone for an actual musical related reason (OOPS!!!), but was waylaid by McHusband and his McCocktails.
Hope the next one goes better. :)

Note to self (and others who may benefit): On weekday nights, the order of operations should be dinner, then Manhattans, not the othe way around.

Cheers!
