Well, here we are at the edge of February and we have no GOM. To quote me last year: "Eddie marches to the beat of a different drummer. We are left to wait". But then again, I said that on the 20th of last year and the GOM was up 3 days later. We are about to hit February. I don't know what's going on. I know Eddie has been busy with a new band and some other stuff but he's never been this late with a GOM page. Don't know what to say. :(

I'd be OK with waiting another X days before we just post links ourselves. I'll let you argue the value of X.

BTW, I'm finally underway with this. Looking to be ready early next week, if not sooner.

I know it's frustrating - I'd say give it another week. I'm sure Eddie is aware of things.

I'd like to see the links up as well, but I can sympathize things backing up on the volunteer side of things.

Looking forward to listening to the songs.

What say we wait until next Monday. If we hear nothing by then, I'm happy to dump the files into an OpenTape on my page for public enjoyment.

I still haven't started on mine, because I suck (and because I've still been busy catching up on work after missing a few weeks of it). But I have a lot of ideas on what I want to do. Maybe this weekend I'll get around to it.

Sounds fair to me.

Meanwhile, I haven't finished my song because during my hell week last week, my new laptop's ac adaptor kicked the bucket (at least I hope it's just the adaptor).

Niveous, how many entries are there anyway? And how many of those are late, or stiffed completely? Just curious while we bide our time.

So, not to jinx Eddie's reappearance, but perhaps folks could forward their submissions on to me. I promise not to open them until Monday. On Monday I will dump them into the Interwebs.

I really should start on mine at some point. I don't really have any excuse right now aside from not feeling like working on music.
