I'll be upwind of the fallout pattern, the loose charcoal of my MOPP gear staining my skin that particularly nasty shade of grey. Fear my goofy nostalgia, it's slouching toward your Bethlehem, homey.

Yeah, he's Irish, not a Scot. They throw better wakes.

Game on!

The music is recorded for mine. I can't wake up the friggin' house at four in the morning to belt out the lyrics. I have to work at 11:00 am.

This is the first Mouth Reliant song that does not feature midi programming. Most of it came out of my new (to me) Casiotone MT-400v. Rare little unit; it has an analog filter! I also broke out a little Casio PT-60 and Rapman on here, along with the arpeggiator on my Korg DW-8000.

Again, it's friggin' awesome, so if I'm a little late with the lyrics I hope y'all will post it anyway.

OK so I'm back in, its been months since I submitted a song (alone.) The genre I ended up with is new territory. This up-all-night recording is not a good trend.

This week the BeWells aren't plural in name only. I worked on The Truth About Aspartame with my sister after she came up with some lyrics and a melody yesterday. Stayed up a bit too late, but we finally managed to get something together.

I spent the last 6 hours or so doing my Prep School, and I can fairly say that I had no idea I could play my shit so well.

Fear.

Due to the overwhelming confidence of mayhem and slaughter to be wrought by the previously modest posts; I did not send in my material as planned. I know the 32 voices strong gospel choir will be disappointed that I did not submit their tracks, and I suppose I owe the 12 french horn players an apology for wasting their time, but I am overcome by fear and thus, I withdraw.

Shame, because the Malaysian vibraphonist added a nice touch to the track, and the harmonica solo (courtesy of Sir Paul McCartney no less!) was to die for.

Seeing this makes me hope someone has written a 70s cod-epic dungeons & dragons style rock masterpiece about travelling to Aspartame to fight bulbous spiders. And sitting down and singing about gold.

(hmmm, I wonder if anyone will get that reference? Ah well, it's done now.)
