Re: Gift of Music 2013-14
Oh man, I have been hunting for the original files (which I know I have somewhere) for the last day or so, since I saw this post. I was / am very proud of it, but I could probably mix it better today (what is it, *9* years later? Ouch.) And I definitely don't have the drone track that's central to it. Here's a deal - put one more song in your list (in case I get you in the draw) and I will either find those tracks and mix them to my satisfaction, or if I can't find them, I'll re-record it alongside whichever song / musician I receive? I f**ing luv that song ...anti-m wrote:Link me up, dude!Niveous wrote: Johnny Cashpoint does a great cover of "Gates of Steel".

At my old job we briefly had this blonde knockout working in our front office. I would talk to her in that voice and call her "Marigold." She thought I was batshit crazy.

Hey John. You haven't competed in a Songfight or Nur Ein yet. I've gotta hesitate on giving you an assignment or giving out your assignment. You've gotta be an songfighter first to participate in the Songfight Secret Santa. Get a song into the main competition and then we'll get you set up for GOM.jlampson wrote:Hello! This all sounds wunderbar and I am eager to officially participate in my first SongFight.
