I see the connection now, except for "Brioche, Actually" - is it not a Sarah Vowell themed fight? Did I miss something?

I searched and found out. Sarah used that phrase somewhere in her book when talking about the famous phrase "let them eat cake" (although Marie Antoinette probably never actually said that).

I think it's just because the rest of the titles suck harder then "Gallows Hill" even though "Gallows Hill" sucks...
