Umm, apologies, this one didn't come out as grandly as I'd hoped... in laying down the instrumental track, I left out one section of the music, so then I forced the lyrics from that section onto the second half of a verse, and the vocals would be better if I spent another week on it, but I think I just need to upload it as is. Will take a break here to get caught up on the rest of life. The conversion to a more minor key sound is intentional. Lyrics were already posted, so no bonus points this time around...

Man, there is so much great stuff in the archive. I really enjoyed both versions of iVeg's September. The lyrics are fantastic and really drive home that sad and terrible feeling of summer's end. In the original I really love the guitar lick right after 'August why do always have to end' so pretty and heart string tugging. King Arthur's surf sounding guitars are gorgeous and really fit well with the beach theme. I must have listened to each version 4-5 times today. September has just replaced Day of the Dead as my favorite iVeg song, thanks!

These are the things that I remember, sadly. Don't ask me what I had for lunch yesterday though. Yeah, the song came out ok, could've been better. I had the idea to do a country version, but ended up with the lite rocker here. Glad you got to hear it anyway.

I'll get to the Reist song Sam, just may be a bit. His drumming is way above my skill levels, so I'll have to take a different approach. Thanks for your help!
