Paco del Stinko - Good Faith
Good faith is hard to come by
Good taste just seems to run dry
Tooth paste I always have to buy
Your face always makes me cry
Good faith
Milk crates can hold my records in
Bill Gates ain't my next of kin
Deep Space can make my head spin
Grease paint to camoflague my skin
Good faith
You hafta have good faith in me
Cos there only will ever be
One Paco, one Charlie, one Bunky, one Nubsy
If you don't believe I'll make you see yeah yeah
I'll make you see - yeah yeah
Your time eventually runs out
My line will catch another trout
Floor shine will make you scream and shout
Fly by if you ever have the doubt
Good faith

Good Faith

Sincerity is a part of me
apart from ingenuity
I sussed out what was false or true
I was accustomed to trusting you
Your advantage was my language
You found fiction in my diction
I told you in good faith
I loved you in good faith
You took all my good faith
and threw it back in my face
A comedy of errors ensued
Your sticky temper came unglued
Convoluted cons colluded
in conversations inconclusive
your vernacular is spectacular
but it’s a collision with my vision
I told you in good faith
(it’s nothing that I didn’t know)
I loved you in good faith
(what’s your angle?)
You took all my good faith
and threw it back in my face
(Wait a minute! The truth is not redemption)
The appalling salt of apology
stings the wounds that will not bleed
defaulting to the halted scree
where rolling stones stop tumbling
it might be self evident
forgive my incredulousness
it should be my sentiment
but I can’t shake the meaninglessness
I told you in good faith
(it’s nothing that I didn’t know)
I loved you in good faith
(what’s your angle?)
You took all my good faith
and threw it back in my face
(Wait a minute! The truth is not redemption)

Re: Good Faith
Good Faith - Pigfarmer Jr
When insurance companies enter into agreements it is expected that they will act in good faith, acknowledging claims as valid if the policy is valid, or not uphold the deal provided there is good reason. What if an insurance company refuses to uphold an agreement without good reason? This results in a bad faith claim. A court’s decision as to whether an insurance company acts in good faith or bad faith boils down to one primary measurement: reasonableness.
Good faith claims are claims where the terms are reasonably upheld by the insurer. What constitutes good faith claims varies by jurisdiction, but it generally means fairly, honestly, and reasonably upholding the obligations of a contract. When insurance policies are agreed upon, it is established that the insurer and the policyholder will both act in good faith. To act in good faith, for example, the insured should disclose important facts to the insurer when seeking insurance and an insurer should handle claims in a timely manner. This results in a fair dealing of a contract—the insured made the initial investment, so if a claim is made it is time for the insurer to uphold their end of the deal.
Bad faith claims are the opposite of good faith claims, occurring when insurers do not reasonably uphold agreements made in a contract. In addition to whether or not an insurance company is acting reasonably, a court of law may identify bad faith by taking into account the insurance company’s intent. Signs of bad faith may include deceptiveness, misrepresentation of facts, or unreasonable delays in payment. Laws against bad faith exist to prevent insurance companies from taking unfair advantage of liable parties.
You should work with care and perform due diligence ensuring a track record of good faith claims and positive results.

Re: Good Faith
Funny to see Pigfarmer's take on insurance claims. I had the idea of something similar only with the mortgage document formerly known as the "good faith estimate" (now know as the "loan estimate", since, you know, American consumers are easily confused by big words and dumb. I gave up on that idea; well, never really started.
Instead:
All that you touch from your money to your wealth
Seem to turn in time from gold into rust
All that you say, all that you do
I think it's safe to assume we're all doomed on the 8th
Good faith, (I've got) bad faith, (I've got) no faith
In you and what you'll do for me
You're a bully, you're nothing but scum
How can we follow someone blind, deaf, and dumb?
Talk about role models? Stop starring in the mirror
I think it's safe to assume we're all doomed on the 8th.
Good faith, (I've got) bad faith, (I've got) no faith
In you and what you'll do for me
Really excited to be back.

Re: Good Faith
Good Faith / King Arthur
There's a kind of faith that wants to lock you up / if you won't play their game.
There's a kind of faith that sees you suffering / and tells you you're to blame.
There's a kind of faith that only works / if it can make you feel ashamed
I've looked around and I've got to say / I know there has to be a better way
I wanna show some good faith / I wanna show some good faith
There's a faith that wants to judge you / by the company you keep
There's a faith that wants to break you down / put your soul to sleep
There's a kind of faith that warns you / never ever dare to take a leap
I've looked around and I've got to say / I know there has to be a better way
I wanna show some good faith / I wanna show some good faith
There's a faith that wants to put a heart in prison
But it's not concerned with helping anybody out.
There's a faith that wants to bury that which is risen
That's not the kinda faith that I'm about
I've looked around and I've got to say / I know there has to be a better way
I wanna show some good faith / I wanna show some good faith
I wanna show some good faith / I wanna show some good faith
I wanna show some good faith / I wanna show some good faith

Good Faith by Pepper Jane
I don't need your good faith, I don't need your opinion
I don't need you to look in on me again
I don't need your envy, I don't need your advice
I don't need you to tell me twice
I don't need your good faith, you can keep your intention
I just need you to leave and not make any more mention
Of me, or us, or any such nonsense
I don't need you to fix what I didn't need you breaking
The fortress I built, not yours for the taking
I don't need to hear what hasn't been spoken
To me it is clear, the whole time you were joking
Now I've got good atmosphere
With you I was choking
I don't need your good faith, it's bad faith disguised
I mirrored your fears, I bathed in your lies
I just need you to leave
That's what I believe
I don't need your good faith, I don't need your opinion
I don't need you to look in on me again
I don't need your envy, I don't need your advice
I don't need you to tell me twice
I don't need your good faith, you can keep your intention

Now I've got good atmosphere
With you I was choking
I don't need your good faith, it's bad faith disguised
I mirrored your fears, I bathed in your lies
I just need you to leave
That's what I believe
Everything is about perspective.
