I've converted the new Review Tool into a phpbb extension, and added a button to the top of the page. So you no longer need to add a bookmarklet to your browser, you should just be able to click "Review this Week's Fight!" at the top and the tool will open.
As you browse the forum, if the tool is open it will close when you go to a new page. However, anything you had typed should be remembered since the tool saves changes to your browser's local storage.
Lemme know if anything needs fixed and I'll give it my best shot.
