Open Source Music / Audio sources

Post by roymond »

Anyone familiar with sites especially good at indexing open source audio (available for re-use, modification, etc.) which is also of pretty high quality?

I've done searches on OurMedia.org, InternetArchive.org and CreativeCommons.org, which have a good variety of offerings, but not especially reliable in quality. Need various source tracks that can be compiled/mixed into music/soundscapes.

There's a side-fight/project in the works and I need to line up some things first.

Rabid posted that some time ago. I took a gander and liked it. They link to other open source places.
